Kare Kano ch 72

So I was trying to find the scene where Soichiro yells at Yukino. I had my suspicions when that happened but I was hoping that it wasn't real. I hoped that he didn't go that far. I hoped Yukino was still innocent. Very intense chapter. Hard to believe there's such a happy ending from here.

So I just finished reading Kare Kano. I could not believe it!!!!
Yukino reveals that she's pregnant!!!! That one chapter with her and Soichiro. I didn't think they actually did it. I didn't think he would do that to her. Still completely shocked by it. They haven't even graduated yet! Yukino's dad took it a lot better than I expected. That was sooo funny though when her parents were talking and her dad say "She's too young to even kiss" Yea....

Overall, I loved the manga. <3<3<3 Even though it's finished, I think it had a very nice ending. Wrapped everything up nicely. ^^

Yippee!!! Ears pierced!!!

so today my mom totally surprised me. She took me to the mall and we shopped a little. Soon we were in the middle of the mall. I was like "Mom, what are you looking for" and then she was like here it is. She told me I was going to get my ears pierced. I have been asking her and she said I could get them when I turned 18 (this is a second ear piercing BTW) I was soooo surprised when she told me I was getting them done now. ( I don't turn 18 for 4 more months) She said that I might as well get them now so all of my friends could see before I graduate. She told me this was my grad. present. I'm sooo happy. Thanks mom!!!!! :D

Murder shows

I was reading Kare Kano and the kids were having a convo. about a murder mystery show. Chapter 66 page 12, one of them says "When a character who gets a lot of screen time in the beginning and who suddenly fades into the background! They might as well write MUREDERER on his forehead!"

Finally!!! Someone who understands. For the past three years, I've noticed that trend while watching Bones. They never mix it up. Maybe once in like 60 episodes but they always do the obvious who is cleared, then someone tooo obvious, then they get cleared magically at the end and a new piece of evidence appears which convicts the original person! Sooo easy.

Freewrites

It's not that hard! It's really not! Then why oh why can't I do them. All I have to do is read the poem and then right 300 words of my own opinion. I don't know why but I can't seem to concentrate. I know it's easy. I know that I have to do it. I know I don't have time to waste. So why am I wasting soooo much time. I feel like I have soooo much time. I don't know. 300 words isn't even a lot. I've done e-mails to friends longer than 300 words. I've done e-mails to friends longer than 1000 words so why can't I do something as simple as stating my opinion in 300 words! ugggghhh.

I was right, it's sooooooo much better when you understand what they're saying. That end part really makes it.

In case you can't tell, my essay is done. I did keep my promise. I didn't go on until after I finished. It is now 12:06 and I still need to take a shower. :/

In 5.5 hours I'm gonna have to wake up for school. hehehe. Wake up. I"m still up now. At least it shouldn't be too bad. Tomorrow first period Calculus, we're gonna have a sub and all we have to do is our homework, which I've already done. Then in third period Art, we're mixing colors together with paint. I've already finished that too. Pretty easy day up til lunch. :)

Goal

To finish my essay before midnight and not get distracted by the Internet. I really need to concentrate. I have put on Lovey Dovey by T-ara eng sub as my prize for completing. While I do my essay, it will buffer and when I'm done I can finally see the long awaited part 2 eng sub. :D Pretty good motivation. All that's left is to publish this and then go straight to my essay. :)

P.S. I can hear my bro snoring through the wall. Wish I could be asleep, but that's what I get for being a slacker :/ Oh well.

Final Draft -___-

WEll, the first draft went pretty good. I was sooo stupid though. I forgot to finish a couple of sentences. -____-' Oh well, at least it was only a first draft. I also made a wrong interpretation. I said that the kids isolated Christmas because he was darker. I thought that sounded funny but I kept reading and reading that part and I convinced myself. I don't feel too stupid though because a couple of other kids made the same mistake. One problem I did have was showing that I didn't believe Christmas was black. I thought I made it clear that the town perceived him as such and once it was in their heads it was there. I guess this idea was only in my head because one of my group members and the teacher pointed out that he wasn't actually black. *I know he's not!* >.<

Working on the final draft right now. It's not as hard as working on the first draft. I pretty much have it down. I just need to make it a little more clean. Need to bring out my ideas about Joe Christmas' alienation and it's because of society's defined categories and blah blah blah.

I also need a better intro and conclusion. I think I came up with a pretty good title though. It has been changed from "El Titulo" to "Assumptions to Alienations"
Kind of eh but I think it's good enough. :)

Guess now it's back to the grind ;__; Waaaah!

Doooooonnnnnnnneeeeee!!!!!!!!

I have finally finished my essay. I completely hate it. WEll not completely but I know it's not nearly anything close to how it was in my head. I'm just sooooo tired. After I've printed out 4 copies of this stupid thing out for, I realized I forgot to fix an error. One of my topic sentences was incomplete. I pute a huge elipses so I would come back to it later but I forgot. Oh well, at least it's a first draft. But after all of the freakin hard work I put into this stupid thing, you wouldn't think so....hopefully.

BTW In case you're wondering, I needed four drafts. I have to give one to the teachers and one to each member of my writing group. Lot's of ink and paper but that's OK. I just wish I remembered to fix that stupid error before I printed it out! 12 sheets of paper!!!!

When I'm in college next year, I'll laugh at this. XD

Cutie Boy Complete!

I am a terrible person!!! I have a huge essay due Monday but I have not been doing it. Instead, I have wasted the entire day reading mangas and manhwas. I have read the entire Cutie Boy manhwa in one day. That's 39 chapters! I have been on the computer for about 12 hours supposed to be doing my essay but instead I've been reading Cutie Boy. I'm gonna pay for this. -_____-

Cutie Boy was cute. It's so great. I love it when the main charaters are dense. Usually I don't like it when the girl is all lovey-dovey and the boy is dense but this was pretty good. I think it's because Yoo Min was also violent which made his denseness not become so apparant.

I wish that Yoo Min and Mi Yoo didn't look so similar. Their names are soooo similar and the only thing that really let me tell them apart was Yoo Min's earing. But really! Same build, both crazy captains of violent gangs. What the heck. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the manhwa. The only thing that would make it better would be if it read right to left. More chapters would also be nice, except....THIS ESSAY NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED!!!!!!!

Cutie Boy ^^

I just began to read this new manhwa. Since OHSHC is over, and I have just completed all 18 chapters of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu, I needed to find something new.

I looked for something under comedy, shoujo, drama and school life and this popped up. At first I was sooo confused because it was reading all weird. Like it didn't read the right way and some of the words were strange. Then I found out that it was actually a manhwa rather than a manga.

At first it was really weird because I'm just so used to reading manga's which read right to left but after a couple chapters it became easier to read.

I feel so sorry for both Lee Han-ah and Suh Yoo Min. Han-ah because she's in this troubling relationship and Yoo Min just because he is sooo freakin dense. Well actually they're both pretty dense but Yoo Min is just so misguided.

Overall it's pretty cute, except for the fact that Yoo Min cusses like a lot. It's not that bad because it's all censored out, but when I read it I still know what he's saying. -____-' They do the weird thing with the first letter shows and the rest are the *****.

I really like it though. I'm on chapter 14. It's bad though. I have this huuge essay due Monday but I'm wasting all of my time on this. I knew I shouldn't have searched for a new manga. All they do is distract me from what I need to be doing. *sigh*

Ouran Koukou Host Club

A couple days ago, I finished the manga. It was soooo cute. Ended waaaay better than the anime, but then what do you expect when you try to shove 90 chapters into 26 episodes. I heard there's a live action movie coming out and I'm totally stoked. Guess in my free time, I'll just have to find a new manga to read. That or I could watch the live action TV series they made ^^ OHSHC FTW!!!!!

Fafsa Grrrrr

WHy is the Fafsa so freaking hard to fill out. It's just fill in the blank but I cannot figure out the school selection part. It's like state city school name or federal school code. Easy enough right? WRONG! Everytime I try and push next it's like you need to pick a school. When I search, it says wait while I search for your schools til either my session expires or my computer turns on the screensaver. I have a little over a month to do this if I have any chance of getting into the CIP program at UOP. If only I could figure this stupid thing out!!!!

T-ara Lovey Dovey

The new T-ara video finally came out today. After weeks of waiting it's finally here. When I watched it, I don't know, I was expecting so much more. Maybe it will be better when the subbed video comes out. I was only able to see part one of the video subbed so I had to watch the second half without translations. I hope I'll like it when i actually no what they're saying because as of right now, it's kind of disappointing. Not saying it wasn't a great video. Just kind of below what I expected. -____-' *sigh*

Polar Plunge 2012

It's finally 2012!!! Here is how our Polar Plunge January 1 at 9:00am went.

And here is the end result. You can see we actually did it because we're wet. You may be wondering what it was like. WEll, each stroke feels like icy death, but once you pull yourself out of the pool the weather no longer feels cold. YOu can't feel your feet or anything really but you're no longer cold. The shower afterwards is the best feeling there is. Do I have any regrets...no. WAs it worth it...Duh! You're only cold for a little bit plus you get a nifty sweater! IF I didn't do it I would regret it later. Can't wait to do it again next year!!!!!
